2022 BONNE ODEUR - Cabernet Sauvignon

Supple enough to be enjoyed even in its youth, our 2022 Bonne Odeur Cabernet Sauvignon features mild, approachable tannins and compelling flavor nuance achieved by adding nearly 80% press wine to the blend. Red-purple in hue, the sumptuous nose offers striking aromatics of red raspberry, cherries, roasted chestnuts, caramel and a hint of coffee. Medium-bodied with a silky texture and light, fresh acidity, this wine bestows flavors of elderberry and sweet black cherry along with a dazzling send-up of spices. Aged in 100% new French oak barrels.
